"For 20 years now, I’ve been captivated by the fascinating universe of gastronomy. I learnt from master chefs like Joseph Hadad and I discovered the secrets of the French cuisine in Belgium.

The new “Chocolat” was a challenge that Tudor introduced me to: a unique-world-wide-concept. A spectacular menu, based on the respect for our clients. I carefully chose high quality ingredients, fresh and organic, that I combined in an unique menu, inspired by the French gastronomy. Thus I created a frenzy of color, taste and texture.

I transformed each plate into a fabulous journey in the world of good taste and culinary excellence. That’s why Boutique&Restaurant Chocolat Créateur de Goût is one of a kind."
